Carbon fiber resin composite medium flex, I don't think there is a honeycomb core but it might be and if there was you couldn't see it. These are 120 plus dollar fins and some of the best all-around

The one fin has the gloss coat slightly off but you cannot feel it nor has any impact. As it is only a gloss coating, there is no fiberglass involved and could actually be removed if you like as the base does not have them on any of the fins by design.
You could inject super glue or a little bit of solar as perhaps and make it disappear
