-- I absolutely adore your column—your humor exactly
mirrors mine, but you have the unique ability to articulate these everyday situations into humorous writings. I found
your column in the Daily Oklahoman and I found your website—they are
both fantastic. Keep up the good work. -- Janet
-- The gift of humor seems to be spread pretty thin thse days;
consider yourself blessed! -- Steve

was the best of the whole paper! -- Paulina
-- Laughed until I nearly peed in my pants this morning.
Funny, funny woman. Keep up the good work girl. We're yelling for you! -- Lesa
--Just wanted to thank you for such a terrific article. It really
hit me in the heart. As a mother of a 13-year-old son, I can still remember when he smelled like a puppy rather than a teenager
and being so happy to have him fall asleep in my arms. Thanks again for the smile and a few tears you brought to me. -- Cynthia
--OMG I just wanted to let you know how HILARIOUS your dirty laundry
article was to read! Really good stuff!!!! Genius actually! I look forward to reading more. -- Linda
--Thank you for sharing your story, "Dude, Where's My Son?"
As the mother of two teenagers, I can relate. Thanks for making me chuckle with your well-written piece. God bless.
-- Karen
--I laughed so hard reading your column that I caught
the attention of everyone in the restaurant where I was eating. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed it. It hit very
close to home. I spent the morning reading it to a clan of girlfriends and we all had a great laugh. I just looked at
your site and am anxious to read more of your articles. Keep up the great work! I love your sense of humor, it mirrors
my own! -- "Big Fan" Heather
--I just had to let you know that I just read your article. It brought
tears to my eyes, tears of joyous relief. It felt good to know that other moms are going through what I'm going through
on a daily basis. I feel like I made a friend. It was wonderful to read what you shared. Thank you! -- Mary-Lynn
--My son will turn 13 this year and he is so neatly fitting into that
little package you described in your article, low riding pants and all. It's scary really. But I wanted to thank
you from the bottom of my mutilated heart (as you see the cutting of my apron strings have cut through my heart too) for writing
such a funny yet eloquent piece. -- Natallie
--I had to let you know how much I enjoyed your column. It was so
funny, I really enjoyed it. I laughed so hard. Thanks for a good laugh -- Geraldine
--I loved your article. I can so relate as this is something I have
been going through. My son just turned 14 but it started at 13 years where he became this stranger to me. I miss
the little boy I once knew and hope that one day he will not be embarrassed of me as being his mom. So far the teenage years
are no fun for me but I am hopeful this stage will pass and I will one day have a son who will appreciate mom and even enjoy
being around her again. I would like to see your other articles and will look for them on line. -- Gina
-- Do you know Jake, my son? I could swear you had written
about his relationship with me, his mother, as though you were traveling around in my hip pocket and in tune with our conversations
and communications. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I sipped my morning coffee and remembered those times when he
was a little boy and I was his world. Just to let you know, your article gave me a clear indication that I am not the
only fish in the sea. I want to thank you for that. You have relieved me of my feelings of forlorn that I am not
the only mother with an aching heart. -- Rita
--I see clearly the genius of your wit, and am impressed by the love
of life you display with beautiful simplicity that all moms will take comfort in and relate to for the ages to come. --Blessings
